Mr. Wiesel is an author and holocaust survivor. I'm reading his memoir and savoring each page. It's a book that asks for slow reading and I'm happy to do that. I respect him.
I wrote the above quotation into my Quote Book and have been mulling it over.
I think exercising (running, yoga, weight lifting, etc.) is a similar activity. And cooking, too.
We draw on past experience to further us in that activity. And every investment in a skill is paid out as we both sow and reap again, and again.
Starting is the hardest part.
